Cold weather and winter bugs can affect our health, but there are things we can all do to keep well. Apps can be a good source of information, advice and motivation.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside are working with ORCHA to bring you safe and validated apps to help you manage your health concerns common for this time for year.

Cost of living support for Liverpool residents

Help is available if you are struggling to pay your bills or keep your home warm.

If you or someone you know needs help with the cost of living, support is available at: https://liverpool.gov.uk/cost-of-living/.

If you require help with regards to fuel poverty specifically, you can also speak to a Public Health Advisor on 0151 459 2966.
